Create CON folder without using Command Prompt

Try to make a folder with name CON

If you can’t then follow the method below:

Here is a simple method:
Rename a folder from the right click option........
Now press Alt and type 255 (Use Num keypad)
Now write CON and then press enter.
You’ll see a CON folder in your pc.
And also you can delete it easily.
