Like all online services and websites, there are times when Facebook goes down, making it impossible to access it.
Luckily, it's extremely rare that the Meta-owned Facebook goes down for any significant period of time. Most Facebook technical mishaps are user-specific and not very widespread. वेभसाईट खुल्दा पपअपमा देखिने Apply for e-Passport लिङ्कमा Click गर्नुहोस् । वा सिधै https://emrtds.nepalpassport.gov.np/ लिंकमा जानुहोस् । वेभसाइट खुल्दा आउने पपअपमा राजदूतावासबाट इ-पासपोर्ट Pre-enrollment खोलिने मिति तथा समयको क्यालेण्डर देखा पर्नेछ ।

Type of Application मा विकल्पहरु छान्नुहोस् ।
पहिलो पटक राहदानी लिन (First Issuance)- जापानमा जन्मिएका बच्चाहरु (जसको यस अघि राहदानी बनेको छैन) ले यो बिकल्प छान्नुहोस् ।
म्याद सकिएको राहदानी नवीकरण गर्न (Renewal)- हालको रहादानीको म्याद सकिएको वा सकिन लागेको, पाना सकिएको वा म्याद रहेतापनि विवरण त्रुटी भई सोको सट्टामा नयाँ राहदानी बनाउने आवेदकले यो बिकल्प छान्नुहोस् ।
हराएको/चोरिएको Replacement (Lost/Stolen)/- पुरानो राहदानी हराएको वा चोरीभएकोले सोको सट्टामा नयाँ राहदानी बनाउने ले यो बिकल्प छान्नुहोस् ।
बिग्रेको राहदानीको सट्टामा Replacement (Damaged)- पुरानो राहदानीको पाना केरमेट भएको, भिजेको, च्यातिएको वा अन्य कुनै तवरले आंशिक वा पूर्ण रुपले बिग्रिएकोले सोको सट्टामा नयाँ राहदानी बनाउने आवेदकले यो बिकल्प छान्नुहोस् ।
आफुले ३४ वा ६६ मध्ये कति पृष्ठ भएको राहदानीको लागि आवेदन गर्नेहो सो विकल्प छानी Proceed मा Click गर्नुहोस् ।

10. CITIZENSHIP INFORMATION नागरिकता सम्बन्धी जानकारी’:
National Identity Number (NIN – Enter Only Digits) खाली छोड्नुहोस् । विदेशस्थित नेपाली नियोगहरुबाट राहदानी बनाउँदा/नवीकरण गर्दा राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र जरुरी गरिएको छैन ।

राहदानी विभागबाट जारी भएको खण्डमा Department of Passport छान्नुहोस् ।
नेपाली राजदूतावासबाट जारी भएको खण्डमा Place of Issue (District)- For Existing Passport मा Other (Countries) छानी दायाँ तर्फ रहेको Place of Issue (Abroad) for Existing Passport मा गई Embassy छान्नुहोस् ।
स्मरण रहोस् मेसिन रिडेवल पासपोर्ट जारी भएको स्थान लेख्दा पेज नं. ३ मा जिल्लाको छाप छ भने सोही जिल्लाको नाम, यदि राहदानी विभागको नाम छ भने Department of Passport र विदेशस्थित नेपाली राजदूतावासको नाम छ भने सोही राजदुतावासको नाम छान्नुपर्नेछ । Next मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस् ।

14. File Attachment मा
१६ वर्ष भन्दा भाथिका आवेदकहरुले Major तथा १६ वर्ष कमका आवेदकहरुले Minor विकल्प छनोट गरी कागजात अपलोड गर्नुहोस् । * चिन्ह लगाएको कागजात अनिवार्य अपलोड गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ ।
Citizenship Certificate back – नेपाली नागरिकता प्रमाणपत्र वा नाबालक परिचयपत्रको पछाडिको पानाको फोटो । विदेश जन्मिई १६ वर्ष नाघिसकेका तर नाबालक परिचय पत्र तथा नेपाली नागरिकताको प्रमाणपत्र नबनाएका आवेदकहरुको हकमा कार्डको प्रमाणपत्रको फोटो ।
यदी नाबालक परिचयपत्र अगाडी पछाडि नभई एकै पानामा छ भने front र back मा एउटै पाना अपलोड गर्नुहोस् ।
Academic Certificate- आवश्क नपर्ने ।
Divorce Certificate- सामान्यतयाः आवश्क नपर्ने । श्रीमानको थर हटाई राहदानी बनाउनुपर्ने भएमा मात्र अपलोड गर्ने ।
Marriage Registration- सामान्यतयाः आवश्क नपर्ने । श्रीमानको थर राखी राहदानी बनाउनुपर्ने भएमा मात्र अपलोड गर्ने ।
National eID- सामान्यतयाः जरुरी छैन । राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र बनाउनुभएको आवेदकहरुले मात्र अपलोड गर्नुपर्ने ।
Any Other supporting document- सामान्यतयाः आवश्क नपर्ने । हराएको राहदानी नवीकरण गर्ने आवेदकले प्रहरी प्रतिवेदनको फोटो अपलोड गर्ने ।
Previous Passport Back- मेसिन रिडेवल पारपोर्टको राहदानीको ३१ पृष्ठ अपलोड गर्ने ।
Previous Passport Front- मेसिन रिडेवल पासपोर्टको २ र ३ पृष्ठ अपलोड गर्ने ।
Additional 1- आवश्क नपर्ने ।
उल्लिखित कागजातहरु JPEG वा PNG फर्म्याटमा ३०० के वी साइजमा मात्र अपलोड हुने भएकोले Pre-enrollment सुरु गर्नु अगावै कम्प्युटरमा साइज घटाएर राख्दा सजिलो हुने । यदी मोवाइलबाट Pre-enrollment फाराम भर्दै हुनुहुन्छ भने कागजात अपलोड गर्दा Actual Size विकल्प नछानी सवैभन्दा सानो साइज छान्नुपर्ने ।

15. आवेदकले भरेको सम्पूर्ण विवरणहरु एकै पानमा आउनेछ । विवरणहरु सावधानी पूर्वक रुजु गर्नुहोस् । यदी कुनै विवरण गलत भएमा छेउमा रहेको Edit को चिन्हमा वा Previous मा क्लिक गरी सच्चाउन सकिनेछ। यदि सच्चाउन भुल/छुट भएको खण्डमा appointment लिएको मितिमा राजदूतावासमा Live enrollment गर्ने दिन गलत टाइप भएको विवरण सच्चाउन सकिने हुँदा सोको लागि सम्झाउन नभुल्नुहोस् ।

17. तत् पश्चात आउने पपअपमा गई Finish मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस् ।

अन्य महत्वपूर्ण जानकारीः
विद्युतीय राहदानी जारी गर्ने सम्बन्धी कार्यविधी, २०७८ बमोजिम विदेशमा जन्मेका नाबालकहरुको विद्युलीय राहदानी राजदूतावासबाट बनाएको अवस्थामा सो राहदानी नवीकरण गर्नु अगावै निवेदकले अनिवार्य रुपमा नेपाल गई नाबालक परिचयपत्र प्राप्त गरिसक्नु पर्नेछ र राहदानी नवीकरण गर्दा सो समेत पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ ।
साथै, १६ वर्ष उमेर पुगेका तर नेपाली नागरिकताको प्रमाणपत्र नबनाएकाहरुको हकमा राहदानी नवीकरण गर्दा वहाल अवधि (Validity Period) २ वर्षको मात्र हुनेछ र राहदानी नवीकरण गर्नु अगावै नेपाल गई अनिवार्य रुपमा नेपाली नागरिकताको प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त गरी सो समेत पेश गर्नुपर्ने छ ।
विदेशमा जन्मिएका नेपाली नागरिकका नवजात सन्तानका लागि नेपाल गई नावालक परिचयपत्र बनाउन नसकिएको अवस्था भएमा राहदानी बनाउने प्रयोजनका लागि नेपाली राजदूतावास, टोकियोबाट अस्थायी जन्मदर्ता अभिलेख खडा गरी सोको दर्ता नम्बर उल्लेख गरी राहदानी जारी गरिनेछ ।
५ वर्ष भन्दा कम उमेरका आवेदकहरु वायोमेट्रिकको लागि राजदूतावासमा आउनु नपर्ने हुँदा आवश्यक कागजात राजदूतावासको ठेगानामा पोस्ट गरी पठाउनुपर्नेछ । ५ वर्ष भन्दा बढी उमेरका आवेदकहरु आवश्यक कागजात सहित वायोमेट्रिकको लागि स्वमं राजदूतावासमा उपस्थित हुनुपर्नेछ ।
